Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what personal data elilasers.com collects and processes, on what basis, and what rights you have. It does not apply to third-party websites you may reach from our pages — those are governed by their own policies.

We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legislation.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

The site has no registration and no user accounts. We only receive data that you provide yourself.

Data contained in accounting documents (invoices) is processed to comply with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not collect: date of birth, gender, browsing history, on-site behaviour, or payment card details. The site carries no analytics, advertising or social network tracking.

2. WHAT WE USE THE DATA FOR

To fulfil your order — preparing and dispatching the goods and confirming payment. To answer your enquiries and provide consultations. To meet accounting and tax obligations. To send news, if you asked for it.

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. WHO THE DATA IS SHARED WITH

• EveryPay AS / Swedbank Gateway — to process payments. The order total, order number, e-mail address and IP address are passed on. We neither see nor store your card or online banking credentials.
• Venipak — to create the shipment. The recipient's name, phone and delivery address or locker are passed on.
• Web3Forms — to forward enquiry and order notifications to our e-mail.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the site and the order database (data stored in the EU).
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — for the postcode lookup by street and city. Only the street and city are sent, with no name or other data.
• Google — the map on the contacts page and the site's typefaces.
• Our accounting service provider — for issuing invoices.

Data may also be provided to public authorities where the law requires it.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

• Order data — 10 years from the order, as required by accounting legislation.
• Consultation enquiries — 2 years from the last correspondence.
• Newsletter subscription — until you withdraw your consent.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to: access your data; ask for it to be corrected; ask for it to be erased; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive your data in a structured format (portability); and withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Some data cannot be erased where we are required to keep it under accounting legislation, or where it is needed to bring or defend legal claims.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority in your own country of residence.
