How we work together
If our devices interest you, the process from contract to a working business is clear and straightforward.
Contract and order
We sign a cooperation agreement setting out all the terms. After signing and a 50% deposit (or using one of our special offers), we begin ordering your device.
Every laser is thoroughly tested at the factory and shipped safely to Lithuania.
Individual training
While you wait for the device, we invite you to training at a time that suits you and is agreed in advance — weekends included.
- Format: individual (1–2 people), one intensive day, included in the price of the device
- Content: thorough theory and intensive practice with a model you bring
- Result: an international certificate and all the training material
Final payment and delivery
When the device reaches Lithuanian customs, the final payment is made. After the import formalities it travels safely straight to the address you gave.
Professional installation
Our technician assembles the device and prepares it for work — you must not open the packaging or connect it yourself. The specialist shows you how to look after it, leaves the user manual and sends the EU declaration of conformity, which marks the start of the warranty.
Support after purchase
For 3 months after delivery, free telephone consultations on anything at all. Throughout the warranty and post-warranty period we provide professional, fast technical service: we are direct manufacturer representatives.
Try the treatments yourself
You are welcome to visit the "Eli Lasers" therapy studio in Kaunas, Puodžių g. 10. With a time agreed in advance you can try the treatments yourself, see the quality first hand and look at the devices up close. Our trainer performs the treatments, and prices follow the studio's standard list.
