How it all works

If our devices interest you, the process runs in stages:

1. A contract is signed, in two parts: training the practitioner, and delivering the device.
2. Once half the price of the chosen device is paid, or one of the current offers is used, the ordering process begins. The device is tested at the factory for several days and shipped to Lithuania.
3. When the device arrives, or before it does (arranged once we know which device is being ordered), at a time agreed in advance and convenient for you — weekends included — we invite you to come to us for training. The training is individual, for a maximum of two people, lasts one day and has two parts: theory and practice. For the practical work on epilation devices you need to bring a model, who will have hair removed from the underarms, the bikini area (including a full bikini) and the legs. The model only needs to attend the practical session. It is best if this is someone you know, who will not feel awkward, will not comment, and has time to stay as long as you need.
4. If you would like to complete the training course before ordering a device, it costs 800 euros. This sum is refunded if you order a device within a month of the training.
5. If you plan to repeat the training or train more people, the terms are the same, except that the training takes place on another agreed day and costs an additional 400 euros.
6. On completing the course you receive all the course material, which will help you recall everything you discussed and learned at any time; you are given a certificate of completion, and it is all recorded in a group photograph with the trainer.
7. Final payment for the device is due when you receive notice that it has reached Lithuanian customs, because after the import formalities it travels straight to the address you gave. Our technician comes to assemble the laser. Opening the packaging and attempting to assemble the device yourself is strictly forbidden. The specialist will show you how to look after and operate the device, leave the user manual, and the next day send the EU declaration of conformity, drawn up in accordance with Annex 3 of the technical regulation on the safety of electrical products, which records the start of the device's operating life and of the warranty period. The manufacturer's recommendations and these documents are needed for lawful use of the device without breaching the legislation and hygiene requirements currently in force.
8. For 3 months after delivery we provide free telephone consultations, and if the practical knowledge has faded, you are welcome to refresh it by coming back to us. Such refresher sessions cost 100 euros per hour and last as long as you wish, with a minimum of two hours.

Throughout the warranty and post-warranty period we provide technical maintenance and preventive servicing. During the warranty period this is free of charge.
