Product Delivery

When ordering products, the Buyer can choose one of the delivery methods specified in the Seller’s specific product offer. The Seller sends products only through a courier service.

  1. During the order, the Buyer selects the delivery to the workplace service:

The Buyer is obliged to provide the exact delivery address.

The Buyer is obliged to accept the products personally. A valid identity document (identity card, passport, or new type of driver’s license) must be presented upon receipt. If the Buyer does not accept the products, although they are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the courier has the right to hand over the products to another person at the specified address, and the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery to an incorrect person.

The fee for the delivery to the workplace service does not include carrying the ordered products to floors other than the first.

The Buyer must provide other information related to the delivery of products that may affect the delivery method and price (e.g., the delivery location is not accessible by vehicle).

  1. During the order, the Buyer selects delivery to a parcel locker.

The delivery times indicated in the Product description are preliminary. The Seller delivers the products to the Buyer according to the terms specified in the order confirmation. Delivery times do not apply when the Seller’s warehouse does not have the necessary products, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of ordered products. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on delivery terms and other conditions. If the Seller does not deliver the products within the order-specified term and the Parties do not agree on an additional delivery term, the Buyer may exercise the right to cancel the products.

The Seller is released from liability for delivery term violations if the products are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties unrelated and/or independent of the Seller, or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

At the time of delivery to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and product(s) together with the courier or their authorized representative and sign the delivery-acceptance document. Once the Buyer signs the delivery-acceptance document, it is considered that the product is delivered in proper condition, without damages not attributable to manufacturing defects, and there are no discrepancies in the product(s) configuration (those that can be determined by external inspection). If the Buyer notices that the product packaging is damaged (crumpled, wet, or otherwise externally damaged), the product(s) is damaged and/or the product(s) is of incorrect configuration, the Buyer must note this in the delivery-acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier or their representative, draw up a free-form act of shipment and/or product(s) damage/discrepancies. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability for product damages when such damages are not due to manufacturing defects and for configuration discrepancies only if these discrepancies can be determined by external inspection.

The risk of accidental loss or damage of products passes to the Buyer from the moment the product is handed over to the Buyer.

If the products cannot be delivered to the Buyer more than twice and the Buyer has paid for the products and their delivery, representatives contact the Buyer for another delivery time. If the Buyer still does not collect the products or they cannot be delivered, such products are returned to the Seller, the order is canceled, and the Buyer is refunded the money paid for the products, minus bank fees charged to the Seller for bank transfers, delivery fees, and an administrative fee equal to 5 (five) euros.
