How collaboration works

If you are interested in our devices, we offer a clear and convenient collaboration process consisting of several simple steps:

1. Contract and order

We sign a collaboration agreement where all conditions are discussed. After signing the agreement and making a 50% advance payment (or using special promotions), we begin the ordering process for your device. Each laser is meticulously tested at the factory and safely shipped to Lithuania.

2. Individual training

While waiting for the device (or once it has arrived), we invite you to attend training at a convenient, pre-arranged time (even on weekends).

  • Format: The training is individual (for 1-2 people), lasts one intensive day, and is included in the price of the device.

  • Content: The course consists of a comprehensive theoretical part and intensive practice.

  • Practice: For the practical part, you will need to invite your own model for the procedures (e.g., underarms, bikini, legs). We recommend that it be someone close to you who feels comfortable.

  • Result: Upon successfully completing the course, you will receive an international certificate, all training materials, and, of course, we will take a group photo!

3. Final payment and delivery

Upon receiving notification that the device has reached Lithuanian customs, the final payment is made. After all import procedures, the device is safely delivered directly to your specified address.

4. Professional installation

Once the device is delivered, our technician arrives to assemble and prepare it for operation. ATTENTION: It is strictly forbidden to unpack or connect the device yourself! Our specialist will not only prepare the device but also train you on how to maintain and operate it, leave the user manual, and send the EU compliance declaration, which marks the start of the warranty period.

5. Post-purchase support

  • Consultations: For 3 months after delivery, we provide free phone consultations for any questions that arise.

  • Service: Throughout the warranty and post-warranty period, we ensure professional and prompt technical service. As direct representatives of the manufacturer, we guarantee that you will never have to worry about technical issues.

Additional Training Opportunities

  • Training before purchase: If you wish to complete the training before ordering the device, the course fee is €800. This amount will be reimbursed if you purchase the device within a month after the training.

  • Training for additional staff: Training for each additional person costs €400.

  • Practice renewal: If you wish to refresh your practical knowledge in the future, the hourly rate is €100 (minimum duration – 2 hours).

We invite you to visit the Eli Lasers therapy studio in Kaunas, Puodžių St. 10. By arranging a time in advance, you can try the procedures yourself, verify their quality, and see the devices up close. The services are performed by our trainer, and the prices match the standard studio price list.
